At Villa Samuan we want our guests to experience the true nature of our island. Whether it be hiking in the mountains or a shopping expedition. A Balinese cooking class or an island cruise, our experienced concierge will help you create some truly unforgettable memories.
Concierge service available every day, seven days a week, with contacts at all the best hotels and resorts, beach club with all manner of resources and experience, you are in the best of hands when you stay at Villa Samuan.
Transport
Complimentary Airport Transfers
From the moment you arrive in Bali, until the moment you leave we treat you like a member of our family. We’re there to meet you at the airport when you arrive, and we drop you safely back when it’s time to return home. Our complimentary private chauffeur service takes you directly from the airport to the Villa. (Approximately 35 minutes).
With chilled refresher towels, spring water and in-car wifi we make sure you arrive at the villa refreshed and relaxed.
Villa Chauffeur
A car with driver is available for the duration of your stay on a half day or full day basis for a modest fee. Just book with our concierge the day before and we’ll take you anywhere you want to go. Alternatively for immediate transport our concierge will organise a reliable Taxi service to pick you up from the front door, and arm you with a villa address card printed in Balinese to make sure you can get safely home, when it’s time to return.

IN-HOUSE COOKING CLASSES
Immerse yourself in local delicacies and techniques with a Balinese cooking class. Learn the secrets of Balinese cooking from our chef, then taste your creations for lunch or dinner. You'll learn how to cook like a local and take your knowledge with you, back to your kitchen at home.
FLOATING BREAKFAST
Share a floating breakfast with your guests as you spend another day in paradise. Enjoy your choice of breakfast in the pool and soak up the morning rays. Served on a floating tray it's a special addition to your tropical getaway and a sumptuous way to indulge on the most important meal of the day.
BEACH CLUBS
Bali is full of beach clubs, and the stand-outs are all in Seminyak. From the legendary Ku De Ta to Potato Head Beach Club, Mari or Alila, we can get you the best seat or lounger in the house.
WATER PARKS
Kids (of all ages) are thrilled by the 16 waterslides, manmade rivers, lagoons, pools and FlowRider surf waves at Waterbom Park, one of Bali’s favourite venues for almost three decades.
SURFING
Surfing has long been part of the Bali dream. While the island has several world-class breaks that can test even the pros (especially around the southern Bukit Peninsula), Kuta Beach is one of the best places to surf. Only ten minutes from the Villa, we can organise board hire or lessons with an experienced tutor.
UNESCO LISTED RICE TERRACES
Visit the UNESCO-listed rice terraces of Jatiluwih where stunning emerald-green rice fields cover the sides of the hills. Take a short trek through the rice terraces and learn more about the Subak irrigation system that has been preserved by the Balinese farmers for centuries. Immerse yourself in the culture of the region and soak in the sights as you discover all there is to see in this tropical paradise.
THE WATERFALLS OF BALI
Venture into the lush Balinese jungles for a waterfall adventure you won’t soon forget. Your private guide takes you to a number of waterfalls where you can admire the cascading waters and take a dip in the refreshing pools.
