Villa Panca

The five bedroom Villa Samuan Panca is a uniquely beautiful Grand Balinese Retreat. Built to the most exacting detail, it is filled with a collection of artworks, sculptures and objets d’art collected over forty years and furnished with hand made furniture designed especially for the villa. Its five bedrooms are made up of two expansive luxury suites each with super-king beds, ensuites and and dressing rooms. And three large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, two of which can be made into twin singles. Each bedroom has its own large ensuite bathroom, flat screen television and high-speed wifi.

The  three separate lounge rooms and living areas, two indoor and one outdoor, are each decorated differently. There are two indoor and two outdoor dining areas, a library and media room with the latest 4k television and home theatre equipment, together with an indoor/outdoor wellness and massage centre, two fully equipped kitchens and two large swimming pools.

Set amongst towering coconut trees, all the buildings were built in the traditional way using sustainable local coconut wood. The vaulted ceilings are vast, each roof covered with thousands of hand-cut wooden shingles. The entire Villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with separate temperature controls in each room.

Villa Siki

Villa Samuan Siki consists of three bedrooms, one a luxury suite made up of four separate rooms: a sleeping room , a dressing room, a bathing room and a separate shower and toilet, and two large exquisitely decorated classic bedrooms with king-size or twin bed configurations.

Each bedroom has its own large ensuite bathroom, flat screen television and high-speed wifi. All the buildings are made from local coconut wood that was individually selected directly from the plantation and kiln-dried for six months.

The spa is an indoor/outdoor relaxation centre replete with massage table, solid coconut bath tub and outdoor shower are imbued with the sound of gently flowing water through an ingenious pebbled waterway surrounding the outdoor spa courtyard. The entire Villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with separate temperature controls in each room. There’s a library and television room, an office and fully equipped kitchen, all set in lush tropical gardens with its own large swimming pool.

The vaulted ceilings are vast, each roof covered with thousands of hand-cut wooden shingles. The separate lounge room and outdoor living areas are each decorated differently and filled with amazing art.

Villa Kalih

Villa Samuan Kalih is a spaciously luxurious two bedroom villa with a large light-filled lounge and dining room, a poolside cabana, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor lounge and dining area all set in a tropical garden around a central swimming pool.

Sleeping accomodation consists of one opulent master suite made up of four separate rooms: a bedroom with super-king bed, a dressing room, a bathing room and a separate shower and toilet. A second exquisitely decorated large classic bedroom opens out onto the garden with a large ensuite bathroom, flat screen television and high-speed wifi. Available as either a king-size or twin bed configuration.
